2019 Matthews Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting notes
"The 2019 Matthews Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon shows an intense deep garnet color with flavors and aromas of mountain blackberry, cherry cordial, anise and an earthy minerality. Layered in are pink peppercorn, fresh flowers, and crushed rock. Rounded, dusty tannins are complimented by bright acidity, lending incredible balance to the wine’s almost molasses-like concentration. Blackberry cobbler and flinty minerality persist on the finish." - Bryan Otis, Proprietor
